You built the team.
Now get paid like it.
Velocity One is a fiber master dealer. We sign door-to-door sales teams as dealers, pay $375 per installed sale every week, and show you every dollar you’re owed on a live dashboard. No fees. No black box.
For owners and team leads already running a D2D crew in fiber, solar, pest, alarms, or roofing.

You know this feeling.
We ran a sub-dealer crew for years before we became a master dealer. Every line below is something we lived.
The check arrives six weeks after the install and it doesn’t match your count. You email. You wait. You eat the difference.
Your rep closed it. The carrier’s report never shows it. Nobody upstream is looking, so nobody upstream finds it.
Group texts, spreadsheets, a training doc you wrote at midnight. Your master dealer hands you a rate and nothing else.
A master dealer’s job is to make your crew more money than you could make alone. Most of them only make it more complicated.
Every sale. Every install. Every dollar owed.
Your dashboard updates as installs complete, and the owed column is the number we pay against. We reconcile every rep’s sale against the carrier’s own records, so a sale that fell through the cracks on their side still gets paid on yours.
| Rep | Customer | Submitted | Install | Status | Payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| M. Torres | Redacted Name | Mon | Thu | Installed | $375 |
| M. Torres | Redacted Name | Mon | Fri | Scheduled | Pending |
| J. Okafor | Redacted Name | Tue | Thu | Installed | $375 |
| J. Okafor | Redacted Name | Tue | Sat | At risk · we’re on it | Pending |
| D. Reyes | Redacted Name | Wed | Fri | Installed | $375 |
That last line is the part nobody else does.
Typical master dealer vs. Velocity One
Everything on the right exists because of something on the left.
Your team plugs in. The machine is already running.
We built the operating system for a fiber sales org because nobody handed us one. Dealers get the whole thing, switched on, the day they sign.
Every rep sees their own submissions, installs, and pay on their phone. No more “did my sale go in?”
Automated texts and calls between sale and install, built to keep customers from canceling while they wait.
Submitted, installed, owed, paid. By rep, by market, by week. The same numbers we pay from.
Onboarding, pitch, objections, and field routines your new reps work through before their first door.
Ads, landing pages, screening, and interview booking that feed applicants to your team, not ours.
We reconcile, we chase the carrier, we pay you weekly. You run your crew.
From application to first door in under two weeks.
Four steps. No franchise fee, no territory purchase, no six-month onboarding.

Territory shared on the call
Territory shared on the call
Shared on the call. We don’t publish the pipeline.

Some of it you’ll see on the call.
Our competitors read our website too. The pieces below are the reason our install rate looks the way it does, and we walk qualified dealers through them one at a time.
- The install-protection playbook. What happens in the hours after a sale that most dealers never think about.
- How the audit actually works. Where carrier reports go wrong, and how we catch it before payday.
- The market pipeline. Which fiber builds are opening next, and how dealers get first pick of territory.
- The manager track. How your best rep becomes a manager without leaving your organization.
Straight answers.
If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call. Nothing is off limits.
What is a fiber master dealer?
A company that holds the direct sales contract with a fiber internet carrier and signs independent sales teams (dealers) to sell under it. The master dealer handles the carrier relationship, reporting, and payment; the dealer runs the crew.
What does a dealer get paid?
$375 for every installed sale your team makes, paid weekly after the install. Rate is written into the agreement.
Is there a fee, buy-in, or minimum?
No fee and no buy-in. We ask that a dealer can field at least three reps, because that’s where the systems start paying for themselves.
Do I have to rebrand as Velocity One?
No. You keep your company name, your reps, and your identity. Velocity One is the master dealer behind you.
What happens when an install cancels?
Nobody gets paid on a cancel, us included. Our install-protection system works every scheduled install between sale and install date so fewer of them cancel in the first place.
Which carriers do you sell for?
Glo Fiber and Point Broadband today, with more coming as builds complete. Markets are assigned by agreement so dealers don’t overlap.
Takes about a minute. A real person reads every application and you’ll hear from one of the owners within one business day.
- No pitch deck, no pressure
- 25-minute call if it’s a fit
- We walk you through what we don’t publish
