The Dealer Program
Every term of the Velocity One fiber dealer program in plain English: the rate, the pay schedule, the chargeback window, territory, and what each side provides.
The offer, in one table
| Term | What you get |
|---|---|
| Rate | $375 per installed sale, written into the dealer agreement. Same rate for every dealer, every market. |
| Pay schedule | Weekly, after the install is confirmed. Not monthly. Not “when the carrier pays us.” |
| What counts as installed | The carrier’s technician completed the install and the account is active. The dashboard shows the status of every sale from submitted to installed. |
| Chargebacks | Spelled out in the agreement with a fixed window. No open-ended clawbacks. You see every chargeback on the dashboard with the reason. |
| Fees | None. No buy-in, no software fee, no territory purchase, no training fee. |
| Territory | Assigned by agreement so dealers never overlap. Dealers get first pick when a new market opens. |
| Branding | You keep your company name, your reps, and your identity. Velocity One is the master dealer behind you, not in front of you. |
| Minimum | A dealer should be able to field at least three reps. That is where the systems start paying for themselves. |
What we provide
- The carrier contracts, so you never have to negotiate with an ISP.
- A rep app where every rep sees their own submissions, installs, and pay.
- A dealer dashboard showing submitted, installed, owed, and paid, by rep, by market, by week.
- A 100% audit of your reps’ sales against the carrier’s own records, every pay cycle.
- An install-protection system that works every scheduled install so fewer of them cancel.
- A training platform your new reps work through before their first door.
- A recruiting funnel (ads, landing pages, screening, interview booking) that feeds applicants to your team.
- Weekly payroll to you, and a direct line to the owners for anything that needs a decision.
What you provide
- A crew and a leader. You hire, you manage, you hold the standard.
- Field costs for your team (housing and travel on blitzes, if you run them).
- Honest submissions. We audit against the carrier, and the audit protects you as much as it protects us.
How the money flows
The carrier pays the master dealer for every activated install. Velocity One pays you $375 of that for every installed sale your team makes, weekly, after install confirmation. You pay your reps whatever you agree with them. Most dealers pay reps $200 to $250 per install and keep the difference to run and grow the organization.
What the agreement does not do
- It does not take equity in your company.
- It does not lock you in for years. Either side can exit with written notice; sales already installed still get paid.
- It does not let us recruit your reps. Your people stay your people.
