Velocity One Group is run by Jared and Miles Winger. We ran a sub-dealer crew before we became a master dealer, and the program is built from what we wished we had.
Who we are
Velocity One Group is a fiber internet master dealer based in Highland, Utah, run by Jared Winger and Miles Winger. Jared brings years of sales leadership and runs recruiting, strategy, and the money. Miles built the rep app and the dealer dashboard and handles the carrier relationships.
Why we became a master dealer
We spent years running our own door-to-door fiber crew as a sub-dealer. We learned the business from the doors up: which streets close, what makes an install stick, how to keep reps on a blitz. We also learned what a master dealer does badly: slow pay, missing sales, no reporting, and no systems. When we got the chance to hold the carrier contracts ourselves, we built the program we had wanted the whole time.
